These Terms of Service are maintained by Sumo Web Solutions for clients and visitors of our website. By accessing this site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Sumo Web Solutions provides website design, landing page development, Google Ads and Meta marketing, lead generation, conversion tracking and related digital marketing services for real estate developers, builders and property businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Use of Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent or illegal content.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your projects, business and marketing goals.
- Share required content, assets, approvals and access in a timely manner so we can meet agreed deadlines.
- Ensure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials you provide to us.
4. Payments and Fees
Service fees are quoted and agreed before project commencement. Unless otherwise stated, fees for our work are separate from advertising platform costs, domain fees, hosting fees and any third-party subscriptions, which are your responsibility. Payments are generally due as per the milestones set out in the proposal or invoice.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables we create for your stated project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sumo Web Solutions retains the underlying design files, templates, code architecture and reusable components. You must not resell, reproduce or claim ownership of our proprietary frameworks or tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumo Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. No Guaranteed Results
While we use industry-standard practices to improve your online presence, lead flow and return on ad spend, we do not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of leads, sales, enquiries, clicks or revenue. Results depend on market conditions, competition, ad budgets, creative assets and your sales follow-up.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service arrangement by giving reasonable written notice. Fees for work already completed or costs already incurred are non-refundable. Upon termination, any outstanding deliverables or account access will be handled as agreed in the project contract.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durgapur, West Bengal.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
